Director Chen TaiYong from Chengdu Branch of Heifer Project International Came to Inspect the ARDY’s Farmer Cooperation in Liaoyuan.

April 30^th, 2008, Director Chen TaiYong from Chengdu Branch of Heifer Project Interntional (HPI) and his party of two proceeded to the ARDY’s Farmer Coopertion in Liaoyuan to examine the effects of their project. Secretary General Gao XiangJun and Director of the Development Department Wang Yingfu accompanied them and introduced the details of the project. Director Chen TaiYong was pleased with the work ARDY has done but still pointed out several problems with the project.
