August 9-11, 2007, ARDY’s Secretary General Gao XiangJun was invited by Beijing’s Fuping Development Institute to go to Yongji in Sanxi Province. At Yongji, she introduced ARDY’s microfinance management and operation experience to 50 staff members and workers for Fuping Development Institute microfinance project. There was a full exchange of ideas that enhanced the staff members‘ knowledge and abilities.
