On August 28th, the Deputy Director-General of the Nanchong Bureau of Civil Affairs, Head of NGO Affairs, and Yilong County Deputy Political Director came to ARDY to inspect operations and to guide work. ARDY's Secretary-General Gao XiangJun gave them an overview of the organization's history, its microfinance operations, and its model of mutual assistance poverty alleviation.
The Bureau of Civil Affairs has had a long history of being committed to the poverty alleviation and the countryside, and their diligent work is much noted and admired.
