ARDY convened its third council meeting of 2009 on August 26th. One major topic of conversation was the consideration of the previous seven months of organizational activities. A second major topic was attending the commonwealth meetings and activities taking place in Beijing, as well as whether or participate in the One Foundation's Philanthropy Grant competition. A third topic was arranging elections due to the retirement of a board officer and whether or not to revise the organization's constution and/or revise the council rules and regulations.
